I must say that I am impressed with how quick you addressed all of the issues that I had as that is something that is not common today especially on the Internet. Once a product is sold most developers simply just disappear along with their support and not once did that happen in this case. All support questions and concerns were addressed within 24 hours which speaks highly of your brand and professionalism. Also since I have downloaded your plug-in there have been numerous updates so it is great to know that the product is continuing to be enhanced well after the purchase with all kinds of neat features. If we only had more developers like yourself it would put us all at ease to know that the buyer is actually getting exactly what they are expecting when they make a purchase.
